What happened to Kiwire Lite and Kiwire Cloud?
Kiwire 4 replaces the Lite and Cloud editions with the Free, Standard and Max plans. If you are on Lite or Cloud today, talk to us about the plan that matches what you use.
What counts as a controller?
Each WiFi controller, gateway or router that sends guests to Kiwire. One site usually has one.
Can I change plans later?
Yes. Upgrade from System › License inside the dashboard. Add-ons start on your next billing date.
What happens if I go over the free sign-in limit?
Upgrade to Standard for unlimited sign-ins. Your settings and data stay as they are.
Do you offer on-premises licences?
Yes. Kiwire Premier and Kiwire Enterprise run on your own servers. Talk to us for a quote.
Is ISP billing included?
ISP billing is priced by the number of subscribers. Talk to us for a quote.
