Two-step admin sign-in
Every admin uses an authenticator app. No outside service, nothing to buy.

FAQ
Questions people ask before they start
Which routers does it work with?
Any router that signs subscribers in with RADIUS for PPPoE or hotspot. MikroTik and FortiGate get a ready-made setup script; 38 brands are supported in total.
Can I bring my existing subscribers?
Yes. Upload one CSV. Existing accounts move onto their plan with their passwords unchanged, and new ones are created with an account number.
Does it support Malaysian e-invoicing?
Yes, through Bukku, which submits your invoices to MyInvois. Xero, QuickBooks, Zoho Books and Odoo are also supported.
What happens when a subscriber doesn't pay?
Reminders go out before and after the due date. When the paid-until date passes, sign-in stops until they pay, online or at your counter.
Can I give credit after an outage?
Yes. Pick the affected subscribers or use a filter, and extend their service or add account credit in one step. Every credit can be reversed.
How is ISP pricing worked out?
