Login & Dashboard

Kiwire is an network AAA and captive portal platform purpose-built for today’s service providers. It is a web-based platform. To access Kiwire platform, open your internet browser and type “http://kiwireIP/admin/”. For example if your Kiwire installation IP is 192.168.0.1 then your URL will be “http://192.168.0.1/admin” in the address field. If your assigned domain name is controller.synchroweb.com, then your URL will be http://controller.synchroweb.com/admin. Input the default username and password details provided below and click the “Sign In” button to login into Kiwire platform.

Single Tenant

For single tenant Kiwire, you are required to fill in your username and password to access the platform. Below are the steps for single tenant Kiwire.

  1. Go to Internet Browser, type “http://kiwireIP/admin/” eg. http://192.168.0.1/admin to access Kiwire platform.
  2. Enter your Username.
  3. Enter your Password.
  4. Click on the “Sign In” button to login.

Multi Tenant

For multi-tenant Kiwire, you are required to fill in your cloud ID, username and password to access the platform. For Cloud or Multi-tenant edition, you are required to fill in your cloud id additionally. Below are the steps for multi-tenant Kiwire.

  1. Go to internet browser, type “http://kiwireIP/admin/” eg. http://192.168.0.1/admin to access Kiwire.
  2. Enter your Cloud ID.
  3. Enter your Username.
  4. Enter your Password.
  5. Click the “Sign In” button to login.

Dashboard

The dashboard displays a number of self-contained indicators and tables that summarize the network and its status. It gives you an overview of activities and reports on a daily basis.

The field and its function description is listed below.

Field Function
Connected User
Show the current number of users connected to the network.
Total User
Total number of users registered within the system.
Device Online
Number of devices that connected/online.
Device Faulted
Number of devices that disconnected / offline.
New Voucher User Created (Last 30 days)
Number of new vouchers created in the last 30 days.
New User Added (Last 30 days)
Number of new user accounts added in the last 30 days.
Total User Impression (Last Hour)
Total user who view the captive portal page for last hour.
Total Unique Impression (Last Hour)
Total user who view the captive portal page for last hour.
Login & Connected User Frequency
Graph that shows the number of user that login vs connected concurrent users in the last 24 hours. This is helpful to determine if there is any issue with network topology or if there is abnormal activity.
Social Network
Social Network pie chart shows the statistic of social network used by your network users.
