We mainly deal with distribution/reselling of Wi-Fi products from popular brands sourced abroad alongside with our in-house developed software. Similiar to selling any technological products, there will be various models to remember each with different functions but you will get used to it in no time!
Indoor Sales Admin Executive
About the Job
Ensure on time delivery arrangement to local customers and vendors
Handle customer service inquiries by telephone and emails
Min 2 years experience in IT field or related industry
Follow-up on sales lead with customers
Track and update sales records and service maintenance records
Assist simple administrative tasks for company support team
General office duties as required; daily administrative duties, filing and any other duties when assigned by the management
Support social media marketing
Able to communicate in English (written and spoken)
Additional languages (Bahasa Malaysia and Mandarin) Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
Fresh graduated or Diploma
Computer literacy with Microsoft Word, Excel, Power Point, Email and Internet
Diploma in Business Studies, Business Administration, Secretarial or equivalent
Excellent interpersonal skills, capable to interact with people at all levels; team player
Able to work independently with minimum supervision
